2 albums doesnt warrant a greatest hits!!

She has two regular albums out, and now a Greatest Hits collection?

What’s this, time to cash in on only two albums …….. silly

I doubt she would’ve had a say in it, but still, really bizarre to release a greatest hits after 2 albums and at, what, 23 years old?

It’s not her fault. She probably switched labels and they are sucking the catalog for all it’s worth

This is basically her two albums combined into one and resold as a greatest hits album. The greed of these record companies really is unbelievable.

This is not a sanctioned, formal greatest hits package released by her record company. It’s a compilation cobbled together from a foreign market.

This won’t be released in Europe or the US, but you can find it in import. I guess it is aimed for the yet un-adele’d countries (if there still are such things).

love the first comment, thats what i was saying 2 albums and greatest hits? right, i can see if she had 3 or 4 albums and some b-sides to make a best of collection.

most bands who do have a greatest hits album had out 4 albums atleast.

well one nice thing about it is for a friend who wants to know the popular songs rather than buying both albums. yet for those who have the 2 albums we don’t need this one.

Yep, what Rock Snob said. This is not official. But even if it was official, remember that artist sometimes do this as a way of getting out of contracts with their label. Obviously this is not the case since this release is not official, but my point is that it can and does happen.

If she wants a Greatest Hits, she’ll just re-release her last album.

It is not an official album just some asian “black market” release

This is a Russian release, issued with a corresponding DVD. It’s doubtful that Adele has anything to do with this CD/DVD combination. Very strange, but it’s actually available on Amazon. I wonder just how long it will be available, before it’s stopped by Adele’s recording label?
